Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we do not accept walk-ins. We prioritize privacy and exclusivity, so all guests must have a confirmed reservation before arrival.

Can we book for a small group (e.g., 2 pax)?

Yes, you can absolutely book the whole place for yourselves! However, the standard package rates still apply (starting at ₱15,000 for Overnight Weekday stays) as you are paying for the exclusive use of the area and amenities.

Is there Wi-Fi or Internet connection?

We do not have Wi-Fi installed, encouraging you to disconnect. However, mobile data signal (Smart/Globe) is strong in the area if you need to stay connected.

Do you provide transport services?

Unfortunately, we do not provide transport services. You will need to arrange your own transportation to Brgy. Aundanao.

What are the requirements for entry?

Aside from your confirmed reservation, please ensure each person has a QR Pass. You can apply for one at itracsamal.com.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Our accommodations are Fan Rooms. We are designed to be "nature-cooled" with open ventilation to let the sea breeze in.
